Collaborate to Empower: Strengthening the Women’s Enterprise Ecosystem
The AWESuM Conference 2025, convened by ACCESS on 5th December 2025 at The Grand, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, served as a national platform bringing together 150+ participants, including policymakers, civil society representatives, private sector actors, financial institutions, academia, international organisations, and women entrepreneurs. The conference underscored the pivotal role of women’s economic empowerment and entrepreneurship in fostering inclusive and sustainable development, particularly for women in rural and aspirational districts.
The deliberations focused on key themes such as market strategy transformation, bridging the gender financing gap, skilling and mentorship, and leveraging private sector participation to advance women-led enterprises. The programme incorporated panel discussions, TED-style talks, fireside chats, and recognition of exemplary contributions, creating an interactive and knowledge-sharing environment.
